IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?Registration fees are as follows (3.5% finance charge will be applied): Choose to pay via Credit/Debit Card or GCash, whichever is most convenient for you. 3.5% convenience fee/finance charge will be applied.

HOW DO I REGISTER?STEP 1: Open PSDBP Silver Biennial Convention website: psdbpbiennial2025.com STEP 2: Click the REGISTER NOW button. Quick reminders will be shown for you to read. Then, click the applicable REGISTRATION and PURCHASE TICKET button (LOCAL or FOREIGN) below the reminders. STEP 3: Checkout 1 convention ticket. STEP 4: You will be directed to the REGISTRATION form. Fill-up the following details: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name (as they appear in your PRC card) E-mail Address (used for log-in and further announcements) Password (create a password to access the PSDBP Biennial Convention website) Contact Number Answer if you're registered with PRC If no, type designation (i.e. parent, caregiver, family member) If yes, fill up your Profession, corresponding PRC number and PRC license expiry dates. Maximum 2 Professions can be declared. For physicians: input your PMA number and if you're a PPS member Name on certificate (later edits will not be permitted). Pick if you are claiming discount. If checking out the discounted ticket, upload proof of eligibility (government employee, resident-in-training, fellow-in-training PSDBP, PWD, or senior citizen) Check agreement to collection of data Double check all data input as corrections will not be permitted. Click the SUBMIT AND PROCEED TO BUY TICKET button to submit form. If not automatically directed to payment, scroll down and click Checkout again. STEP 5: Complete registration by PAYING for the ticket. Add required details and click Continue, add country and phone no. and click Place Order, to confirm your ticket order. STEP 6: Choose your preferred payment method among those available, i.e. credit/debit card e-wallets. STEP 7: Congratulations! You are now registered to the Biennial Convention. STEP 8: You will receive a confirmation e-mail with TICKET attachment. SAVE this and/or PRINT a copy for checking in at the venue.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY REGISTRATION IS SUCCESSFUL?After successful payment, you will be directed to a Thank You page where you can already download ticket. Additionally, a confirmation message with attached ticket will be sent to your email following your successful registration. Do not delete this e-mail and PRINT and/or SAVE your TICKET.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE?STEP 1: Kindly check your INBOX for the confirmation email; or STEP 2: Check the SPAM folder. STEP 3: If you have not received the Confirmation Email an hour after submission of Registration and Payment Details, kindly contact the technical support team or email registration committee via psdbpregcommittee@gmail.com.

CAN I CHANGE MY LOG IN DETAILS AFTER REGISTRATION?No, you cannot change your login email. So, double check the spelling before submitting the form. But, you may change other information by: LOG IN to your account. Click the drop-down arrow beside your account avatar. Choose MY ACCOUNT. Update your information and click UPDATE INFO.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?Follow these steps in case you forgot your password: On the convention website, click LOG IN. If directed to the registration page, Click the “ALREADY A MEMBER? Log In” link. In the Log In form, click “LOG IN WITH EMAIL”. Click “FORGOT PASSWORD?” Enter your REGISTERED email address. Kindly check your email for the link to CREATE A NEW PASSWORD. Check the spam folder if necessary.

CAN I REFUND MY TICKET?Tickets are non-refundable. This is our Refund and Substitution Policy: We will not allow refunds after a delegate has a completed and validated registration. Should a delegate encounter problems e.g inability to attend, illness/disease, emergencies etc, substitution is possible if this is requested during the registration period with deadline as follows: August 15, 2025. To request for a substitution, kindly email us at Psdbpregcommittee@gmail.com with heading as follows - title of email (REQUEST for SUBSTITUTION). Kindly provide your name, copy of validation email sent and reason for request. We will get back to you within 7 working days. Should request be approved and initial delegate for substitution availed of the discounted rate, name of substitute should also be in the same category. E.g Initial delegate is a government employee, substitute should also be a government employee. Valid ID of the substitute should be sent also in the email. No switching between rates is allowed once registration has been completed.

HOW DO I GET THERE BY CAR?Simplify by pinning One Ayala Terminal to your navigation app. If coming from north of EDSA, turn right to Ayala Avenue. If from south of EDSA, turn left to Ayala Avenue. Turn left to East St. towards Glorietta 5. If you will be dropped off, turn right towards North St. then left to Courtyard Drive, then left again to East St. You can get off in front of UCC Clockwork and go inside the terminal. Find the entrance to the left, nearby Lawson convenience store. The door beside Lawson is for exit, so go to the next door. For parking, you may choose any of the nearby Glorietta malls. Then walk towards One Ayala Terminal as described above. Go to Level 5 via elevator or escalator. SPACE is nearby the Ayala Land office.

HOW DO I GET THERE VIA GRAB?Pin One Ayala Terminal to your Grab app. You can get off in front of UCC Clockwork or let Grab car drop you off inside the terminal. Find the entrance nearby Lawson convenience store. The door beside Lawson is for exit, so go to the other door. Go to Level 5 via elevator or escalator. SPACE is nearby the Ayala Land office.

HOW DO I GET THERE VIA MRT?When riding the MRT Line 3, get off at Ayala Station. Go to One Ayala Station opposite of SM Makati across Courtyard Dr. Find the entrance nearby Lawson convenience store. The door beside Lawson is for exit, so go to the other door. Go to Level 5 via elevator or escalator. SPACE is nearby the Ayala Land office.

HOW DO I GET THERE BY OTHER PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?Use any public transportation like EDSA Carousel, P2P Bus, UV Express van, or Jeepney that goes to Ayala Station or One Ayala Terminal directly. If via EDSA Carousel, get off at Ayala station and go to One Ayala Station opposite of SM Makati across Courtyard Dr. P2P bus, UV express van or Jeepney should get you to One Ayala Station directly. Find the entrance nearby Lawson convenience store. The door beside Lawson is for exit, so go to the other door. Go to Level 5 via elevator or escalator. SPACE is nearby the Ayala Land office.
